The Staff Exchange program will allow staff from each institution to engage in professional development, networking and career growth at the respective institutions. This initiative is scheduled to launch in 2022.

Through the partnership, the institutions have begun conversations to consider a joint Engineering Program. Those plans are currently being reviewed by curriculum committees at the respective campuses.

This partnership will bring together both institutions in digitization and archival projects of historical artifacts concerning the partnership and the Civil Rights movement.
